###Position: Dental Tourism Sales Representative *Working Hours:* 10:00 – 19:00 *Work Location:* Office-based


### Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Dental Tourism Sales Representative with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate will work with high-quality international leads, represent premium dental services, and play a key role in converting inquiries into successful treatment bookings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communication with international clients, and working in a fast-growing, high-potential industry.

### Key Responsibilities

* Communicate daily with high-quality international leads and existing clients
* Professionally present premium dental services and tailored treatment packages
* Manage and follow up leads throughout the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing
* Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through consultative sales
* Coordinate with internal teams (dentists, medical coordinators, and operations) to organize treatments and travel arrangements
* Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM systems
* Analyze client needs and propose customized solutions
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

### Requirements

* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
* Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in sales (experience in dental tourism, healthcare, or call centers is a strong advantage)
* Ability to work with targets, KPIs, and performance-based goals
* Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple leads simultaneously
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, Excel – considered an advantage)
* Customer-oriented mindset and professional attitude
