We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing Manager to own Smart Home Albania's brand presence, lead digital growth, and drive qualified leads across all channels. This is a high-impact, creative role at the intersection of technology, design, and strategy.
Marketing Campaigns
· Plan, execute & optimize multi-channel campaigns
· Manage campaign budgets and ROI tracking
· Coordinate seasonal promotions and product launches
· Develop performance reports and insights
Social Media & Content
· Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
· Produce engaging content (video, reels, posts, stories)
· Grow community engagement
· Work with designers and videographers
Brand Strategy
· Define and evolve brand voice, visual identity & tone
· Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints
· Research competitor positioning and market trends
· Represent the brand at events and trade shows
Lead Generation & CRM
· Design and execute lead generation strategies
· Manage email marketing flows and newsletters
· Collaborate with sales team to convert MQLs to SQLs
· Maintain and analyze CRM data and pipelines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3+ years of proven experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
Strong digital marketing skills: SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing
Experience creating and managing content across social media platforms
Proficiency with marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication in Albanian; English proficiency required
Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with data and KPIs
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
